Here we have on offer a Vintage Silver Plated 1 Pint Tankard. Made in Sheffield by Master Craftsmen, the 1 Pint Tankard has been polished, restored and deposited with 60 microns of Silver Plate and has been fully restored back to original condition. Mirror polished to perfection.

Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate Tankard, circa 1770 – 1790. Of plain form with a central girdle, wide handle, decoration to the top of the handle.

In very good condition with moderate surface wear and light pressure marks commensurate with age and use for its age. Truly a fantastic piece of history ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.

It has the holding capacity of 1 1/4 Pint, or 750ml. This would make an excellent present for family or friends. The piece measures 16 cms tall and has a diameter across the rim of 9.5 cms. The Tankard weighs 445 Grammes.
