On offer is a Genuine Sheffield Assayed Sterling Silver Handled Cheese Knife bearing the Victorian Shell Pattern. The item has a steel blade with a mirror finish. Each Cheese Knife is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Handle is hallmarked with the with the letter U for 1912 along with the Lion Passant, Crown and the Makers Mark GH – the mark for the sought after George Howson.

The Cheese knife is in fantastic condition as the images show. The hallmarks are in pristine condition. The Cheese Knife is 20 cm in length and weighs 45 grammes.
