On offer today is a beautiful set of 6 Pairs of Knives and Forks Silver Plated heads and carved Agate handles in just pristine condition. Every handle is unique – an absolutely breathtaking set. As the photos reflect the Knives and Forks are a perfect example of what Silversmiths of previous generations could manufacture.
All pieces have a heavy deposit of silver plate and have been fully restored by our craftsmen. Based on the pattern style of the forks and blades, we estimate the set to have been manufactured around 1810. The handles are in perfect condition, very high quality Agate that is completely original and authentic. As the images show, they look fantastic. When held up to the light, beautiful colours and contrasts appear through the handle.
The Knives measure 19.5 cms and weigh 40 Grammes.
The Forks measure 17.5 cms and weigh 38 Grammes.
